Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Legal Counsel / Adviser to provide legal guidance across property transactions, contracts, regulatory compliance, and disputes.
The Real Estate Legal Counsel/Adviser is responsible for providing legal expertise on real estate transactions,property laws, leasing, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution in the UAE.
This role ensures that all property dealings comply with UAE real estate regulations, including Dubai Land Department (DLD), RERA(Real Estate Regulatory Authority), and UAE Federal Law. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in UAE real estate law, contracts, and litigation. They will work closely with the CEO, real estate agents, developers, government entities, and external legal counsel to protect the company’s legal interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on UAE real estate laws, DLD & RERA regulations and compliance
- Draft, review & negotiate SPAs, leases, MOUs, brokerage & development agreements
- Conduct legal due diligence for property transactions and acquisitions
- Handle landlord-tenant matters, disputes, arbitration and litigation
- Advise on real estate development, investments, JVs and corporate transactions
- Liaise with DLD, RERA, Dubai Municipality and other authorities
- In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate laws (Dubai Land Department, RERA, tenancy laws, strata laws, etc.)
Requirements
- LLB/JD or equivalent; UAE legal qualification preferred
- 5+ years’ experience in UAE real estate law
- License to practice law in UAE or relevant jurisdiction
- Additional certification in UAE Real Estate Law, Arbitration, or Corporate Law is preferred
- Strong expertise in contracts, negotiations and dispute resolution
- Excellent English; Arabic is a plus

- Salary: AED 10,000 per month
- Salary after successful completion of 6-month probation: AED 12,000 per month
