Job Description
We are looking for a Planning/Technical Engineer with 2–4 years of experience, preferably within UAE construction/contracting companies. The role will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, delay analysis, technical documentation, and coordination with project teams, consultants, clients, and subcontractors. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, good knowledge of AutoCAD, and strong communication and reporting skills. UAE experience and immediate availability are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, baseline programs & recovery plans
- Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Monitor critical activities, delays, risks & corrective actions
- Prepare look-ahead schedules, manpower plans & progress curves
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants & clients
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications & technical requirements
- Prepare/maintain shop drawings, method statements & technical documentation
- Monitor procurement, technical submissions & approvals
- Maintain records for EOT, delays, variations & claims
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably UAE construction experience
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience in project planning, scheduling & progress monitoring
- Understanding of UAE construction procedures and consultant/client requirements
- Strong communication, coordination & reporting skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
