Job Description
We are seeking an Authority Submission Engineer to manage project submissions, approvals, permits, and NOCs through various UAE authority portals. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Dubai authority approval processes and be capable of independently handling submissions from initial application through final approval.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit applications through UAE authority portals.
- Coordinate approvals, permits, and NOCs with relevant authorities.
- Manage submissions through Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DCD, DDA, Trakhees, Dubai South, and other applicable authorities.
- Track submission status and ensure timely follow-up on approvals.
- Review technical documentation for compliance with authority requirements.
- Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and project teams to obtain required documents.
- Address authority comments, revisions, and resubmissions.
- Maintain records of submissions, approvals, permits, and correspondence.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Engineering.
- 2–5 years of UAE experience in authority approvals and portal submissions.
- Proven experience with Dubai authority portals and approval processes.
- Strong understanding of permit applications, NOCs, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience coordinating directly with government and utility authorities.
- Experience in construction, fit-out, MEP, or engineering consultancy projects.
