Job Description
We are seeking experienced Finishing Supervisors and Finishing Engineers to join our team in the UAE. Candidates should have hands-on experience in interior fit-out and finishing works, with a strong understanding of site execution, quality control, material specifications, and project coordination.
Applicants must have relevant UAE experience and the ability to ensure high-quality workmanship, timely project completion, and compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Finishing Supervisor :-
- Supervise and manage daily finishing activities at project sites.
- Oversee interior finishing works, including painting, gypsum, ceilings, flooring, tiling, joinery, and other decorative finishes.
- Coordinate with workers, subcontractors, and other site teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor workmanship and ensure all finishing activities meet required quality standards.
- Ensure work is completed according to project schedules, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team to resolve them.
- Maintain site safety, productivity, and proper work practices.

Finishing Engineer :-
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise interior finishing works in line with approved drawings and project specifications.
- Manage finishing activities, including flooring, wall finishes, painting, gypsum ceilings, joinery, and decorative elements.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure timely project execution.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards and approved materials.
- Review drawings, identify technical issues, and coordinate necessary site solutions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the agreed timeline.
- Prepare progress updates and coordinate inspections and snagging activities.
- Ensure quality control and proper handover of completed finishing works.
Requirements

Finishing Supervisor :-
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of total experience, including at least 2–3 years in the UAE.
- Previous experience in interior fit-out and finishing works.
- Mandatory UAE experience.
- Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and site execution.
- Good team management and coordination skills.

Finishing Engineer :-
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- 5–8 years of total experience, including at least 3–5 years in the UAE.
- Relevant experience in interior fit-out and finishing projects.
- Mandatory UAE experience.
- Strong understanding of finishing materials, drawings, specifications, and quality control.

- Salary: AED 4,000- AED 6,000 per month +Other benefits as per UAE labor law

- Salary: AED 8,000- AED 10,000 per month +Other benefits as per UAE labor law
