Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Site Engineer with 5–8 years of hands-on experience in Civil and Fit-Out projects. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing site execution, coordinating with subcontractors and consultants, monitoring progress and quality, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and according to approved requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise civil and fit-out works at the project site
- Plan and monitor site activities to meet project schedules
- Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and MEP teams
- Review drawings and ensure quality and specification compliance
- Resolve technical/site issues and provide regular progress updates
- Ensure HSE compliance and support inspections, snagging, and handover
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 5–8 years of relevant Civil & Fit-Out site experience
- Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing, and interior fit-out
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- UAE experience is mandatory
